So my Dads secretary called in sick today, so I am over working for him aka playing on Pinterest! lol
I swear to you its a good thing we only have Internet on our phones because man o man I would be on it 24/7. Anyway...
I came across this poster ( thing ) and I thought it was cute! We are really focusing right now on getting healthy at home and obviously my focus is loosing this weight of mine ;0) I am going to type it up and make a poster of it to put on our refrigerator. But I thought while I was sitting here in the office bored out of my mind ( I'm so not the receptionist type lol) that I would post it for anyone else out there whom it may help! So enjoy!
