YUM

One of this years goals for me has been to try out new recipes. Healthy and Not so much. So I decided to keep my motivation up I'm going to start blogging them. And really how many times a week do you see that people are looking for ideas and recipes.

So first this recipe is one I have made before but it is SO dang good that I thought I would share it again. Even Jaer loves it!
Mexican Soup ( I learned it from my friend Bobbie Jo)

1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1/2 packet of Taco Seasoning
1 can of water ( fill up one of the cans you've dumped in already)
Sour Cream
Frito's

Pour all ingredients in and let boil , add a big dollop of sour cream and Frito's to the top and serve!


(** If you like a bit of a kick to your soup** try out the Jalapeno beans and 1/2 a can of green Mexican sauce both in the Spanish section at wal*mart)


Then this is on the healthy side of things but surprisingly really good! Let me tell you I was brave to even try it I see ingredients like this and think um NO! but it is really good!
Green Smoothie
1 cup pineapple
1/2 Banana
A hand full of fresh spinach
Blend
Add some ice and blend some until it looks like a smoothie!
YUM! Give it a try really! You'll Thank me!
